Maintenance and Maintenance of PVC Floor

Purpose of cleaning and maintenance

1. Improve the appearance: timely removal of dirt generated in daily use, so that the flexible floor fully shows its extraordinary appearance and natural gloss.

2. Protect the floor: make the elastic floor free from accidental chemical, cigarette end marks, footprints, oil and water erosion, reduce the mechanical wear of the surface to the minimum, so that the durability of the floor itself can be fully developed, thereby prolonging the service life of the floor.

3. Convenient nursing: Because of the close surface structure and special treatment of the elastic floor itself, paying attention to daily cleaning and maintenance can make the floor easier to care and prolong its service life.

2. Nursing matters needing attention

1. All kinds of dirt on the ground should be removed in time.

2. It is absolutely forbidden to immerse the floor in open water. Although some floors use waterproof glue to cut off water sources (such as floor drains, water houses, etc.), long time immersion in water will seriously affect the service life of the floor. In the cleaning process, the sewage is sucked up by a suction machine in time.

3. Where there are more people and more wear and tear, the maintenance period should be shortened and the waxing times of high wall wax should be increased.

4. It is absolutely forbidden to use hard and rough cleaning appliances (such as steel balls, cleaning cloth, etc.) to prevent sharp objects from colliding with elastic floors.

5. It is strongly recommended to place a rubbing mat at the entrance of public places with high traffic to prevent the floor from being stained and scratched by dirt and sand.

3. Maintenance methods at different stages:

(1) Cleaning and maintenance of the floor after completion of laying/before use

1. Clean up the dust and debris on the floor surface first.

2. Use a floor scrubber with 3M red abrasive or similar products for low-speed cleaning (diluted with 1:20 strong general detergent and added to the floor scrubber), remove the protective wax, grease, dust and other dirt on the floor surface, and suck up the sewage with a water absorber.

3. Wash and suck dry with clear water.

4. Upper 1-2 layers of high strength wax as required. Cleaner: Powerful general cleaner, high strength wax tool: grinder, red abrasive water absorber, wax tractor

(2) Daily cleaning and maintenance

1. Pushing or vacuum cleaner. (Drag the dust agent onto the ground, dry and push the dust.)

2. wet towing. (Dilute the floor with 1:20 water and mop the floor with a semi-wet mop.) If necessary, wash & shine can also be cleaned with floor scrubber at low speed. Cleaner: floor cleaner and polisher tool: dust push mop

(3) Regular cleaning and maintenance

1. Pushing or vacuum cleaner.

2. Floor cleaner and polishing agent is diluted by 1:20 water, and ground or polished with high speed polishing machine and red abrasive.

3. Upper 1-2 layers of high strength wax.

4. It can be polished with high speed polishing machine and white polishing pad as needed. Detergent: Floor cleaner, polishing agent, high strength wax tool: dust mill, red and white mill, water absorber, wax tractor

(4) thorough renovation

1. Pushing or vacuum cleaner.

2. Dilute the wax removing water 1:10 and apply it evenly on the ground. Wait for 5-10 minutes. Clean and remove wax at low speed with a floor scrubber and red abrasive. Suction with water absorber in time.

3. Wash and suck dry with clean water until no residual detergent is left on the ground.

4. Upper 1-2 layers of high strength wax as required

Detergent: Floor cleaner, polishing agent, high strength wax

Tool: Dust Push Mill, Red and White Grinder, Water Absorber, Wax Drawer

(5) Treatment of special dirt

1. Oil contamination: local oil contamination, water-based degreaser solution directly poured on the towel to wipe, large area of oil contamination, the only water-based degreaser diluted by 1:10, with a floor scrubber and red abrasive disc low-speed cleaning.

2. Black offset printing: polishing with spray cleaning wax, high speed polishing machine and white polishing pad. For long time black offset printing, strong black offset remover can be directly poured on the towel to wipe.

3. Gum or chewing gum: Use professional strong degumming agent to wipe away directly on the towel. Cleaner: Water-based degreaser, spray cleaning and maintenance wax, strong black offset remover, strong degreaser.
